Monday 27th October - walk *** – Hemley and Newbourne – sunny periods and showers.

The cold continues so I gave windsurfing a miss again, perhaps I will give it a go tomorrow! I still managed my exercises and it did look breezy but cloudy with showers! I then packed a picnic and we set off down to the prom with some nice blue sky but with a big black cloud down towards the docks but it did stay dry for us, in fact it was very pleasant as we set towards The Fludyers looking for somewhere for lunch but the tide was once again very high. We ended up at Jacobs Ladder but couldn’t stop there as there was very little beach so we returned to the first section of the Spa Gardens where we enjoyed our picnic feeding three crows:) Then back home for another cuppa and a slice of fruit loaf, we know how to live! Then the rainn returned and I missed the good rainbow again!
